MRP scheduling for external procurement based on "routing" lead time

I have one question regarding MRP scheduling for subcontracting material.

Procurement type = F

Special procurement = 30

Delivery LT = 30 days

This material is configurable with super BoM maintained. The delivery LT changes based on the configuration since the "routing" that the vendor has to follow changes according to the configuration.

However, MRP schedules the purchase requisition based on delivery LT set in material master (30 days), that is fixed.

I would like to adjust the LT based on the configuration. My idea was to maintain a configurable routing so that the LT changes based on the phases activated.

However, MRP will not consider routing LT for externally procured materials.

How could I manage this?

I adopted this solution. I created N materials for the same product clustering the configuration with a similar LT. Thus, I assigned the specific LT for each variant.
