Modification program for Project stock consideration in Deadline monitoring of batches

Dear Experts,

We have been working on modification of standard program RQAAAS10 ( tcode QA05/QA07-Dead line monitoring of Batches) and reached to a stage that system able to create stock relevant Inspection lot for Project stock material which is in UR use with respect to next inspection date in 09 Inspection lot origin. ( Tcode as YQA07) yqa07.txt

We are facing the issue when releasing the stock in QA11 with error message as " Enter WBS element" while posting stock to UR use even the selection of Project stock tick mark in the Inspection lot ( QA03 display).

Here with attaching the ABAP code which we have done modifications, request yo to review and help our technical team person to achieve the development completion by suggesting any important corrections.
