Miro's final value round off

Dear Team,

Without disturbing tax value: how to make Miro's final value round off

MIRO Value : 4741.00 ==> below : 0.50 pica

above: 0.50 pica it should show 4742.00

Is there any configuration missing? What activities need to be done to fix the above issue?

Hello PJR please follow below steps.

1. OBYC assignment - already done.

2. In OMR6 assign tolerance key BD to company code

3. While posting invoice in MIRO give rounded amount at the header like in this case give 4741.

system will automatically pick the OBYC GL assigned againt DIF.

As mentioned above, 1 and 2) are already configured; the setting is done but not picking any GL from OBYC DIF-rounding off.

I will attach two screen shots below omr6-bd.png,

what is your advise for moving forward?

In the automatic process, our organization has already assigned the GL rounding off, but it is not working.

For your reference, below are screenshots; kindly let me know.

Any other configuration need to do.

Not sure about automatic way to round off, but if you are good with manual way then you can post rounding difference in MIRO screen, under GL tab like we do for unplanned delivery cost - It will not impact you tax line items but there will one additional line item of MIRO posting for rounding diff GL.

you can try using rounding rule cal type in tax procedure for the GST conditons ; tcode OBYZ / OBQ3 . but before making any changes check whether it is allowed by the tax authorities
