Hi Experts.....
Pls guide me in below issues.
I am using one operation in master receipe with two phase. While control key in 1st phase is w/o milestone confirmation and w/o auto goods receipt. Control key in 2nd phase is with milestone confirmation & with good receipt.
But at the time of milestone confirmation, systme only performing auto GR. It's not considering Gi, while GI is being carried out at the time of first phase confirmation.
Thanks in advance.

Just to me sure I understand your description:
Did you posted the confirmation for phase 1 and then confirm phase 2? Or did you confirm only phase 2 without confirming phase 1 before?

ok in step one you enter the order no: the system will automatically get the phase no for the process order u enter the yield or scrap check the goods movement tab for the doubts?
Either the GI for the child items is captured by 261 mvt and 101 for the GR for the parent material.
IS this appearing on the GMPS of confirmation?

Dear Ranjan,
It seems you have not generated the relationship between the phases in the master recipe.
In C202,for the master recipe group,in the operations tab, select all the entries and click on generate relation ship(For example
mentionrelationship type as FS and save the data.
Now create a new process order or else in the existing process order in COR2,click on Functions--->read master data and then
include the backflush indicator for the required components and release the order.
Now in COR6N,mention the milestone phase and check in the goods movement tab whether are you able to see the components
properly for 261 movement.

"There is no need to try for the phase 1 since it is an nonmilestone. He can try phase 2 "
Yes I know, but after your description I was not sure if you posted phase 1 already. As in this case the milestone logic would have no effect to phase 1 anymore and this would explain why no goods movements are proposed... that's why I asked!
Is the backflush indicator set for the relevant component?

Hi,
When you confirm the production order in CO11N the system will automatically call the 2nd phase for the confirmation where the GI and GR will be done on the same sequence only because of the 1st sequence is an non milestone.
So just check in co02 whether all the components are ticked with the backflush indicator and also check the components allocted in which sequence. This you can check in operation overview.
Now try confirming the order again. And tell me what is the error message that u receive or any problem related to the GI or GR.
Awaiting for you reply.
Regards,
Deepak Gs
