ME21N missing authorization purchase group #.

Hello.

As I'm in charge of purchase role, I tried to create PO through T-code: ME21N.

However, whenever I put all the information needed and press enter, the message pops up "missing authorization in purchase group #.

I checked that I've assigned with the roles that I need for creating PO, but still I can't do it.

As the due date of creating PO is coming, I need your help. Please let me know the way to solve it if you know about it. Thank you.
