I am trying to update the field ZTERM in the sales Document header through transaction MASS. (BUS2032 > MASSSDHEAD_S-ZTERM). The update is working but other fields are being updated too in that process. Why are other fields like INCO1 and INCO2 being updated as well? I wasn't intending to update those.
There must be some Custom code written in the User Exits or Custom Exits or in any Enhancement points because of which the other fields are getting updated as well. Check with Technical team to find out where exactly this fields are getting updated so that you can restrict that.
Did you test by changing manually ? Is the Inco Term changed after the Payment Terms is changed? I feel, some customization is there. In standard, this will not happen during MASS.
It seems that when I change manually, for some orders it does change the IncoTerm as well and for some orders it doesn't. So, it's not entirerly clear for me why.
