Marketing Documents Navigation as per Update Date

Hello Community,

In SAP B1 by default navigating the marketing documents by navigation arrows in the upper tool bar navigating according to the DocNum either ASC or DESC way,
How can we change this behavior according to the Update Date so when we navigate one record back we get the last updated or added document in the whole system?

Dear kenan_jaddeny,

You shall create customer query report with login user as the parameter, to view all the documents that was created or updated by date.

Hi kenan.jaddeny ,

In the Web Client for SAP Business One navigation is done based on Internal Number - i.e. the previous document is the one created latest (regardless the numbering series used) - you may try it out.

Thank you Maya for your valuable answer, as we're using SAP B1 9.3PL10 we're using most the desktop app not Web client, though don't we have a way to solve it?
