Dear Experts,
My Questions are similar to the following two Forums -
https://answers.sap.com/questions/11123285/display-invoice-print-pdf-in-sales-ordercreditdebi.html
https://answers.sap.com/questions/2442337/attachment-in-sales-order.html
Q1) Is it possible to set “add attachment” as mandatory for certain SO types when creating in VA01, e.g. Credit Memo Request ? If user does not upload attachment during the Sales Doc. creation, the Doc. cannot be saved. Is it possible ? If so, how to setup to enable it ?
Q2) Is it possible to add the uploaded attachments in VFX3 so that users can check the attachments directly before releasing the billing ? If so, how to setup to enable it ?
Many Thanks,
KH Fong
In VFX3, it is not possible but you can have a look at this blog and take the inputs from there for billing.

Dear Lakshmipathi Ganesan,
Thanks for your advice. For your following info. -
https://blogs.sap.com/2014/09/15/linking-of-attachment-in-sap-documents/
Means to link two tables VBRK & BKPF, i.e. Attachment can be transferred during Sales Invoice creation (VF01).
For our case, Sales Invoice was created by other staffs (e.g. Shipping). That's why the Finance staffs are using VFX3 to check & release the Sales Invoices. If the attachments of Sales Orders cannot be linked to VFX3, is it possible to link these related Sales Orders with attachments to the Display Sales Invoice in VF03 ? If possible, how to setup to enable it ?
For your ref., the Sales Invoice & Sales Order can be many to many in our company.
Many Thanks,
KH Fong
Q1: Please see this blog https://blogs.sap.com/2017/03/02/how-to-implement-gos-for-standard-transaction-va01va02va03/ - perhaps your developer can review it for more ideas
Re: Q2 - is it the same attachment from the sales order or something else?

Dear Tammy Powlas,
Tks for your advice.
Q1) Your above link is to guide how to setup attachment function in VA01. Is it also possible to force user to attach file when creating sales doc. in VA01, e.g. error prompted if missing to attach file ?
Q2) Yes, it is the same attachment from sales doc. Would like to check it in VFX3.
Tks,
KH Fong
