Hi All,
There are several maintenance plans created in the system which are scheduled for 5 years where maintenance cycle is yearly. However one user has manually called a plan in June 2018 which supposed to call in December 2018. Now user wants the Maintenance plan to generate the next preventive maintenance order in June 2019 based on manual call instead of original plan.
What should be the process user should follow.?
Is there any method except rescheduling the plan
Hi,
Execute IP19 transaction and select the option as per the below screen
Assign the respective maintenance plan and execute the transaction.
After execution -> Select call no which you want to change the date –> Click fix call-up -> assign the required date and select subsequent dates.
As a result call date and plan date will be changed accordingly.

Hi,
As per your screenshot, particular call number is already triggered the Notification/Order.
Once call object is triggered, system will not allow to do any scheduling changes for the particular call number.
You need to select call numbers which should be “Uncalled” Scheduling type/status .
