Lower TDS Deduction

Business need to deduct lower TDS for some vendors as they have lower TDS deduction certificates.

Do we need to create withholding tax codes for lower rates or it can be done other way?

For TCS in India, this would use the withholding function. Some corresponding function likes TCS reports would be available if you use the standard solution. Please kindly check the detail from the following,
