We provide floats in the form or loans to employee. This need to be recovered when an employee leaves. At current we keep a manual list of the employees but would like to have the information held in Payroll. Then recovered or alerted to be recovered when they leave.
I had the thought to set up the loan with a start date of 31.12.9999, with the hope this would flag and as an unpaid loan when they leave but I was unable to use this date in payments section.
Any suggestions on how we could operate this?
