Late lock activation after CKMSTART

Dear experts,

After running CKMSTART we noticed that the "late lock" indicator has been activated by default (OMJI).

I didn't found any documentation related to this point, is there any mandatory requirement to not deactivate the late lock in S/4 after migrating from ECC ?

Considering that we would like to keep the MAP visible in material material master even when managed in STD.
