Job not executed even after scheduled date and time passed in RISTRA20 program in SAP PM ?

Hi All,

Job Name PM Deadline Monitoring in Program RISTRA20 is scheduled every month on 1st at 00:01:25. Issue is status still showing "Released" and job is not executed till date and Orders not generated for the current month July 2018

 Request to do the needful

In the screen shot, it was still showing the Scheduled Date is 01.08.2018 but it should be Released Date is 01.07.2018 ?

It could be a Technical Issue, try to access the Batch Job and execute now, see whether it is running ? Only Basis can do something on this, else create a new job and do the same. Keep an eye on 01.09.2018, whether the job creates or not.

To keep informed, now when I execute SM37 for the same job it gives message

"No job matches the selection criteria"

Should I schedule job again?

Dear,

If the job is not started on time, ask your basis team to check the Background Job Queue. If the Call object is not generated from the Job then you have to check your variant and the Maintenance plans etc.

Checked with Basis there are no jobs in Queue. Checked variant and also Maintenance Plan are within the specified range.

Hello PS R,

I guess this screen will not help here. If Basis cannot solve this issue then create a new background job in Quality server and schedule it for testing purpose. Try this and let us know so that we can help you further.
