Gurus,

I am trying to carryout greivance action in PA40 after filling IT0000,when i am going for IT0102 getting below error

Infotype '0102 (100E0102 Grievances NA)', type '1' not permitted

Message no. PG621

Diagnosis

Infotype 0102 (100E0102 Grievances NA), type 1 cannot be edited for this personnel number.

Procedure

The authorization of a country grouping for an infotype and type is specified in table T582l Infotypes - Country-Specific Settings.

Make the missing entry or contact your system administrator.

Subtype 1 for IT 0102 is not permitted for the country in which this action is being run.

Go to the mentioned table (V_T582L) in transaction SM30 and browse to IT 0102, subtype 1 -- make this valid for your country.

what are the subtypes you have? which subtype you are trying to update? what is the time constraint for the subtype?

Check the employment status of the employee

Please check and confirm.
