Issue with adobe form FDP_V2_DELIVERY_NOTE_V1 serial numbers not flowing to other page

Hi SAP,

We are facing issue with form template FDP_V2_DELIVERY_NOTE_V1 that the serial numbers are not flowing to the next page and getting limited to only current page as shown below:

I have checked the adobe form its wrapped under form wrapper as shown with allow page breaks content flag as disable

Is this could cause the issue ?

Please suggest what could we do to solve this problem.

Hi Jerry,

We have checked the form template and added standard form template FDP_V2_DELIVERY_NOTE_V1 from which the custom form template YY1_O2C_F007_DELIVERYNOTE_OUT3 has been created for testing purpose.

It is same with standard form as well.

In the standard form, that row (5) has the allow page breaks set

Yes, it looks like you modified it to put one serial number on each row.

The standard form lumps many serial numbers in rows and columns inside that row. Looks like it can handle 100 or more serial numbers by the standard.

I guess you know under File | Form Properties | Preview you can generate a test data set - in the generation screen, you can pick the number of repeating rows. I created one with 50 or so and it was fine, then i bumped it up to over 100.

it looks like it does have some formatting issues determining where the page break occurs.

You can create a ticket but they might not be so helpful.

I suspect you will need to play with the formatting in that rowRemarkRow_5 - for example the sub form frmItemsSerialNumberRow does not have the page break set.

But something is wrong there with high numbers of serial numbers even in the standard- you can try a ticket and see if support can help, but i would recommend to log it against the standard form.
