Is there any option to use the warehouse enabled location with the inspection type 01?

In the Purchase order if the storage location is maintained as warehouse enabled location after Goods Receipt while doing usage decision the 'Inspection Lot Stock tab' is not appear.

Is there any option to use the warehouse-enabled location with the inspection type 01?

You can inspect the quality of products delivered from production or external suppliers before putaway in the warehouse using the Quality Management and Warehouse Management.
