Is purchase order still open, what is outstanding value?

Hello,

Question:
a) Is there a field (hopefully in EKKO) which will tell me if a particular purchase order is still open?
b) Is there a field (hopefully also in EKKO) which will tell me the value of items which we are still oustanding? (Or even two fields: totalValueOfPO, totalValueOfGoodsRecieved)

The requirements story:
"As of the 12th of January, we have $245,908.59 outstanding on all our purchase orders placed." So for example,

1. Purchase order has been placed, total amount is $100. We have recieved goods for $80. So amount still open is $20.
2. Purchase order has been placed, total amount is $200. No goods have been recieved. So amount still open is $200.
3. Purchase order has been placed, all items have been received, but purchase order is still open. So amount still open is $0.

So: Total value oustanding on open purchase orders: $20 + $200 + $0 = $220

Please refer standard SAP report for purchasing document, Transaction code : ME2M

In this report you have multiple input screen fields where you can mention selection parameter as per your requirement or else even if you kept blank you will get desired result.

Refer below screen shot.

in this if you refer columns next to Net price is as follows.

Still to be delivered (quantity) i.e open quantity for goods receipt.

Still to be delivered (Value) i.e Value for oepn quantity for goods receipt.

Still to be invoice (quantity) i.e : after goods receipt invoice booking pending.

Still to be invoice (value) i.e: Invoice amount pending for booking.

You can refer table EKET and find quantity delivered(GR) with scheduled quantity(In PO) for your PO number.

This information is also available in ME2L as a standard report. Selection parameter = WE101, scope of list =ALV
