Hi Experts,

I want to transfer unrestricted stock to restricted stock in ECC. I configured OMJJ to include tcodes MB1B and MIGO,but it doesn't work. when I use MB1B or MIGO to post 341 , they all report errors. etc I didn't active batch status management. Did I lose some configures or sap has forbidden to do this.

Why you cannot try with 344 movement type!

Else create a reservation for material with MB21 for future usage.

How you define restricted stock and how you are mapping in your business- which movement types ( posting and reversal posting)used and why with a business purpose?

dear bhumi_1star

Thanks for your replying. batch status management is not activated in settings. I just want to transform unrestricted stock to restricted stock with mb1b or migo , not by msc2n etc.

Hi,

The Movement Type - 341 will be used to just change the status of Batch. And it is automatically triggered by the system.

Suppose, if you don't want to use this stock, then you can move stock into GR Block Stock by using Movement Type - 103 .

You can't move an existing unrestricted stock to GR block stock with the movement type 103. The movement type 103 is to post goods receipts against a purchase order.

Ohh, Right, then which Movement can be used?

Hi,

You can not manually trigger Un-restricted to Restricted . Because it based on Batch Status Update.

Without batch Status , you can not move it into Restricted. I think this is a standard Process.

You can find another way , if possible.
