Is it possible to access SAP Asset Manager without scanning the QR code

Hi,

We are using SAM 2110. We are using standard client which is available in Apps Store or Play store. Is it possible to access SAM 2110 without scanning the QR code and with just entering the user credentials. I mean is there any place can we hardcode the URL at metadata level without branding the client? The ask is real users don't want to scan the QR code.

Can I ask what their objection is to scanning a QR code? The need for the QR Code is so the client knows where to connect in order to onboard to the correct application / identity provider.

In terms of options today, you can

1) Brand your own client that hardcodes the connection information. You can release your client to the public or private app stores for users to install

2) Have users copy and load an Overrides.json file to their device which contains the connection information. More steps than just scanning the QR code.

3) Provide an internal webpage for users to visit from their device with a link to click that contains the same information in the QR code.
