Introduction of SAP S/4HANA Treasury & cash

We are currently evaluating the expected man-days for an cash management (extended)/ treasury introduction project in SAP S/4HANA. Is there someone who has experiences and can share information on a high level? Thank you in advance

What do you want to implement from Treasury?

• Transaction manager? If so, which financial instruments? Common money market instruments, foreign exchange or security instruments? Or also complex derivatives?
• Also Commodities?
• Which valuations are needed?
• Credit risk analyzer?
• Market risk analyzer?
• ...

A treasury implementation can vary from a small to a big project 😉

It’s impossible to answer your question without knowing how many products in Treasury you have (Fixed deposits, Securities, Commodities, Forex etc) and what’s the size of the organisation and how far the standard solution suits you

Hi Jonathan, hi Ajay, Unfortunately have no more information until now. I got the question and a high level statement is requested. I know it's almost impossible to give an answer without more details/specified requirements but may be a range based on different experiences/or defined assumptions would help.
