Hello Experts,
I need a new mwmber of my team, who will take care SAP system task. The task mainly problem dolving and preparation for S4. I working in supply chain but this person belong to our team connection with the central departments. I am not a really expert in this area but must keep a good interview.
We have a lot of special setup report and so on.
What do you suggest how can I measure the new candidant?
Could you give me some idea?
Due to my supply chain experiance I am always thinking with MD04/MM02/Purchase order/Schedule agreement/Confirmation/customer order/inventory reports/edi monitoring and so on...
Pls help for me:)

You need a team member who knows more than your present team member/s for efficient business operation in future and your present team member/s domain expertise may not be sufficient to take interview for a new candidate hence you may need an external expert/s who knows S4 subject/s for interview. Having interview questions from other sources will not help and one should know real practical answers!
