Integration external Employee Master

I'm reaching you from the ByDesign team of Hitsoft Partner in Turkey about a case to ask for your advice. Could you please support us on the below request of our software development team?

For HR payroll integration, we want to create a service that will automatically transfer Employee records from 1C program to ByDesign program. When we selected odata services for this, we saw that the create and update buttons for the Employee object were disabled. How can we transfer employee records from third party software to the ByDesign system by creating a service within ByDesign?

When we tried the "ManagePersonnelHiringIn" service with Create service integration, we saw that the opened extension fields did not appear on the service. How can we integrate extension fields into this service? Or how can we transfer the employee object to the system with extension fields through an external service?

Hello,

when you create a new extension field, you also would need to extend the usage of the extension fields to related service. you can do this by going to adaptation mode, select the field and click on show further Uage button.
