Inspection lot is generated automatically for process order with No Ctrl key QM in master recipe

Hi Gurus, I have created a process order and released it and a inspection lot is getting generated automatically which is good but when there is no QM related ctrl key given in master recipe and when the same master recipe is used in process order and released, insp lot is still getting generated. Pls help me with that
