inforecord update..

hi friends ,

i have maintained a calculation schema, in that i have given gross price condition type as p001,

while creating po, after entering price of that item, a warning message "effective is 0, net price is xxx,"

because of this, after saving po, the info is not getting jupdated in inforecord for particular material and vendor.

can anyone help,

This message is not because of info record data, the cause of the message is there is no stock and value (this might be new material).

Hi

If the info record price maintained for a material is different from the material master price and by considering the tolerance limits defined for price variances, if that value is not well with in tolerane limits then you receive this message while creating purchase order (message number 06/207). You can make this as warning message in customization.

first of all info record order price history gets updated and not the info record price from the po as the condition maintained in th epurchase order are always time independent and where as the condition in the info record are always time dependent.

2nd thing the message which you are getting is telling you that the price which you have mentioned in the po is different then the price you have maintained in the material master *make this message as warning message *

3rd thins is mark th einfo update check box in the material data tab to update the order price history in info record

Hi

Check the Condition type P001 in M/06.

You need to maintain the access sequence 0002 for the Condition type to get the price updated in the Inforecord. Maintain a Supplementary pricing procedure in the Condition type, if you want the Supplements like freight & discounts to get updated in the Inforecord.
