Incorrect Country & Region appears in IT0006 - Address

Hi All,

While hiring an Indonesia employee, IT006-Address fields Region(STATE) & Country(LAND1) are incorrectly defaulted as Canada. On manually changing the Country field value to Canada it is still showing the Canadian provinces in Region field instead of Indonesian regions.

I have checked the followings :

1. PA-OM integration is in place

2. EE's PA, PSA, Co Code, Position attributes are all Indonesia. Did not maintain IT1028(Address) though for Indonesian Org. Unit/Position. I do not think this has any impact on the issue.

3. Screen Data for IT0006 is correct - Program Name MP000600 & Screen Number 2034. Wondering why the Region field is showing all Canadian Province and Country by default is apppearing as Canada when the screen number is 2034.

4. No changes were made to IT0006 Feature for Country 34(indonesia)

5. Updated table V_T005E with Indonesian Regions

6. V_T005S has all required values

7. Usergroup is correctly configured in Infogroups

We recently upgraded to Support Pack Level 65 and we discovered this issue lately. The issue is with all subtypes and in PA30 also. Would appreciate any input to help resolve the problem.

Here's the resolution to the issue.

In SPRO Enterprise Structure > Financial Accounting, Edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company Code config node the Indonesian Co Code has Country as CA. For all Personnel Areas that are assigned to this Co Code we are getting Canada as country and Canadian provinces as Region in IT0006. In order to get Indonesia as Country and Indonesian Regions in Region field we need to change the setting at Co Code level.
