In QC20 for COA no print preview is comming

Hi,

I am trying to get the COA in QC20. Have selected output and clicked on print preview. But after clicking the tick mark its not displaying the form.

We have maintained the profile assignment, Quality Profile, output types and all the master data.

all the character values has been assigned to the batch

All the MIC where populated in Quality Profile.

Are we Missing any. Kindly support.

In QC03 we can able to see the form. but in QC20 we could not able to see it.

Hi Raghavan,

Check if all required results which are required to be printed on COA (mandatory), and their results are recorded in the inspection lot for this particular batch and material. If any such required result not found for any one of the MIC (which is marked as required characteristic in the profile) then this info message followed by an error at the last of the screen you showed will appear - is the possibility.

Hi Raghavan,

Please note that the system will check the Characteristics in the Certificate profile and the characteristics in the batch. If there are additional characteristics in the certificate profile, which are not present in the batch characteristics. Then you will get this message. Usually This is further Accompanied by the required Checkbox in the Certificate profile. if the checkbox is untick then the system will not consider as a mandatory characteristics in the batch and will allow the processing of the COA.
