In PT61 TCODE..time evaluation is coming from prev month

Hi,

I Need one help. I am new in HR module. So while executing PT61 Tcode for may month for a particular personnel number the time evaluation is coming from Feb month (past date ) instead and this is happening only for one particular personnel number.

While debugging I found that there is a macro RP-IMP-C2-B2 which is importing bezug (structure)value from table pcl2 and this bezug is having the prev month date (Feb month) where as for the personnel number for which it works fine the bezug value is 00.

Can anyone please help why this is happening just for one particular personnel number??

Hi, Since you are a techie, you are checking RP-IMP-C2-B2 fm to identify the cause. As a functional consultant, we need to check the infotype 3, which will have the field "Earliest Retro" date for Time management. Time evaluation going back to previous month means, any time management infotype got changed for the past period.
