igswd_mt IGS Watchdog GRAY Stopped (EHP 8 windows 2012 server)

Hi Experts,

I am trying to install EHP 8 on windows 2012 server. But getting "igswd_mt IGS Watchdog GRAY Stopped" error on execution service(83%) of installation process.

I have followed 1936475 SAP note, but no luck.

Please help me on installation.

Hi Praveer.

1. Have you restart the system and check the same phase?

2. Kindly following the SCN thread with same issue (but its on Linux you can follow the same steps in Windows),

For the log file, we can't find any error message, could you share the full log and if possible screenshot of error message while installing EHP8.
