I can't add attachments to the project management

Hello everyone,

I can add additional files in the "attachments" tab on the Project Management > Project window, but this button is inactive in the "Stages" tab. (I click the button but nothing happens.) This button works on my friend's local and can upload the attachment file, but it doesn't work on my local and my client's server. What is the reason?

You appear to have the same scenario as mentioned in SAP Note 3277484.
