Hi Andre Simons,

Yes it is possible to delimit the position in PA40 while you exit the employees. While saving the exit action in PA40, it will ask whether you want to delimit the position or not. There you can delimit the position if you want.

Many thanks for the advice...my intention was while running a exit action on PA40 to delimit that position without going to PPOME or PP01

When working with PA30 or PA40, you should always specify the field "from". This delimits the change or action, by defining from which date onwards the change is active.
