HR Archiving

Hi Friends,

Can some one help me in understanding SAP HR Archiving. Below are my Questions:

1. How to identify the Cluster tables and tables relationship?

Example: PA_CALC will archive PCL2 - HR Cluster 2. Which tables come under this cluster table.

2. What is the difference in archiving through SARA and PU22 transaction?

3. What are the importance of archiving through PU22?
