How we can check that browser access service or SAP component is installed or not?

Hi Nikunj，

For SAP Business One on HANA, please check if the BA service from SLD control center page -> Services tab,

From this tab, you can find

- If the browser access service is installed or not

- If it is installed, we can see the exact ip and port, it is in HANA linux server or another server

- Click the URL of browser service, you can launch and further login BA

Here, I have found the Web Clients for SAP Business One service. And I was clicked on that linked then it's not working.

Web client and Browser Access are different services/functions.

please check the admin guide for SAP Business One on HANA for more details,

if any service or function does not work after install it, please you may need to report a SAP Business one incident.

For Web client which service is needed and for SAP Browser access which service is needed into HANA Version?

Can it possible to setup this service into SAP Business One HANA along with running operation or if it is not possible then what are the pre-requisite for same?

Can you see "SAP Business One Browser AccessServer Gatekeeper" in windows services ?

You could also use SAP note 2442627 to troubleshoot the browser access service.
