How to update the vendor country specific enhancement in company code for vendor role in BP tcode

I want to add a record in the vendor country-specific enhancement in the company code of vendor role in BP t-code please let me know the FM or Class to update the value.

I have checked the value updated the table FIWTIN_TAN_EXEM 

Please help with this it is urgent!!

Hi Sandra,

I will get the details in excel and I wanted to insert the record of the table control which is present in the below image.

which is in Vendor Country Specific enh. of Bp t-code and table control is taken from the transparent table FIWTIN_TAN_EXEM
