How to stop all "Activities Scheduled for Today Message" Going to All Users?

Hi, in SAP B1, we just started using Activities and are facing this issue where all users are receiving ALL the Activities Scheduled For Today Alert, not just the Activities assigned to them. Obviously, this is not the expected system behavior. Can anyone please help and guide me about what we are doing wrong?

Dear Aakash Rajwani,

Deactivate it from Below path:

Go to > Main Menu > Administration > System Initialisation > General Settings > then un-tick the Send Alert for Activities Scheduled for Today

Activate it for a particular user from User Setup.
