How to sell services (Time ) to customers with one condition ?

I want to sell services (Time ) to customers per hour with the following condition:

the first 8 hours free

they pay for any extra hour

1_ how to create material number with this condition

2_ how to create sales order with this condition

You can either dive into the world of resource-related billing (https://help.sap.com/doc/saphelp_nw70/7.0.12/ja-JP/f0/e2fd37c7bfc72ce10000009b38f842/content.htm?no_...) or - if you want to have something very lean and mean, set up a material as a service without delivery (LEIS item category group) and use a price condition with either a scale which has fist 8 hours for free or add a condition base valueb routine which deducts 8 hours of the total amount of hours.

I would love to set up a material , and Create a service material in SAP for hourly service and then making a conditions in the sales orders, but I don't know how to make conditions in the sales order , any help please '?
