Is it done via MIGO after usage decision recorded for inspection lot?

Which movement type is used?

Can it be done from inspection lot?

By using movement type 551E in transaction MIGO/MB1A you can scrap sale order stock. If it's not sale order stock then use movement type 551 instead of 551E.

In case of scrapping with MIGO is sales order should be updated? For example I have got material from customer and located on Unrestricted stock for Sales order stock and then I would like to scrap it and deliver to a customer damaged item

How I can do it? Only scrap via MIGO ? How to observe that this damaged one is delivered to a customer back?

Ok, now understand your requirement. Then create a scrap material and convert your existing sale order stock to that scrap material by using movement type 309 or 309E (Transfer material to material) with transaction MIGO/MB1B and deliver that scrap material to customer.

for example if material is named laptop (FERT) good practice it's creating like scraplaptop material and then just direct deliver it via VL01N account assigned to a Sales Order number ? Am I right in understanding of your proposal ? Thanks for your valuable support)

Correct, you requirement is that you need to supply a scrap material to a customer. So, first you need to convert your existing material to a scrap material then create a sale order for scrap material or you can add in the existing sale order as per your business requirement and proceed with delivery and invoice etc.

Let's imagine scenario that within Service Order (RAS repair order), material was delivered with technically check (usage decision was "Rejected and GR to unrestricted stock, then I would like to scrap it from my stock.

I So in this case material is created manually by copying in MM01? Or there is a functionality to create scrapped material automatically?
For example in case of manual MM01 scraplaptop created am I needed to create Sales Order (OR normal sales order) for scraplaptop delivery?

Can it be done within the only Service Order (RAS repair order)?
