How to restrict user based on work center,storage location in app Confirm Production Order Operation

How to fulfill requirements like:

• Work Center wise restriction in Confirm Production Order Operation screen.
• In Confirm Production Order Operation screen while selecting the batch, user should be restricted for the batch to be selected and the storage location.
• Storage Location wise authorization

Business catalog SAP_SCM_BC_PRODN_ORD_EXEC_MC cannot be used to make such restriction.
Please try to use below badis as workaround. e.g. add validation check, remove/replace storage location etc.
