Hello everyone,
Like the title say, we have a project management unit within SAP, where several employees follow up on sales orders and projects of specific sales units. (They are not necessarily the creators of the SO or project)
So I need employee x to only see and edit SOs and projects of sales unit x
employee y to see and edit SOs and projects of sales unit y
etc...
So if I create a BR with the Sales orders WC, what restrictions should I put in place?
I've tried the 2 below, but that just removed the whole WC from the user's interface.
01 - Restrict to Superordinate and Subordinate Sales Org
02 - Restrict to Managed Sales Units
Hi Charles
You can restrict the access of the user under Access Rights.
In Business ByDesign you can go to Application and User Management - Business Users
Select the Business user you need to restrict and click on Edit -> Access Rights.
Under Access Restrictions tab, you can Search for Sales order and there you can restrict based on Access Context "4 - Sales"
And for Projects you can restrict based on Access Context "1001 - Project Management".
Thanks & Regards,
