How to replace the output "ORDER_CONFIRMATION_CHANGE" with "ORDER_CONFIRMATION"?

Hi SAP,

Our business needs to modify sales orders before sending to customers. We need to send the initial document instead of the changed document.

We'd like to know how to replace the output "ORDER_CONFIRMATION_CHANGE" with "ORDER_CONFIRMATION".

The goal is to use the output "ORDER_CONFIRMATION" for any changes done in the sales order.

You can consider the below two options:

Option 1: Configure "Output Relevance" in the "Output Parameter Determination" app, to restrict the output to happen only after all the conditions are met (that is, after your required changes are done from your side).

Option 2: Reach out to your local consultant/developer to change the design of the form template "ORDER_CONFIRMATION_CHANGE" in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, e.g. to remove any scripts that may show that this is a "changed" version of sales order.

Please be noticed that, according to KBA 2984817 - Form design in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, it is the customer who is responsible for implementing custom forms using Adobe Livecycle Designer. In other words, form customization is not in-scope of a standard SAP implementation. So you're suggested to reach out to your local consultant/developer for this issue.

Please could you indicate which criteria to enter in order to exclude the creation of ORDER_CONFIRMATION_CHANGE and put in place ORDER_CONFIRMATION each time the sales order is modified?

We tried several combinations in Output parameter determination but the ORDER_CONFIRMATION_CHANGE is still generated.
