How to process SAP GUI transaction QA11 with single stock postings via RFC BAPI

Hello together,

i am searching for a BAPI / Functional Module to process SAP transaction "QA11" logic, including separate stock postings. I found the BAPI "BAPI_INSPLOT_SETUSAGEDECISION". But there you only can process the usage decision for the total inspection lot amount. But i want to create a individual stock posting (e.g. 10 PC to unrestricted stock, 20 PC to blocked stock from the total inspection lot amount) before i do the final usage decision for the total inspection lot amount.

In SAP Knowledge Base Article 2501443 - "https://me.sap.com/notes/0002501443" - the problem was still discussed and the answer was, that no separate stock postings can be processed via the BAPI "BAPI_INSPLOT_SETUSAGEDECISION".

Does anyone know if this is now possible (via RFC interface)? Running the SAP GUI transaction "QA11" manually, the function (do separate stock postings for usage decision) can be processed successfully. So i hope that it can be processed via BAPI (RFC interface) as well?

Otherwise i found a solution via SAP API Hub "Inspection Lot - Stock postings - API" which maybe will work, but before I test that I want to know if it definitely does not work via RFC interface. Hope that somebody can help me.

Best regards,

Stefan

Hello Stefan,

"Remote Function Call" is probably the wrong tag for this question: we have knowhow about the technical transport layer, but we don't know all the thousands (or even millions?) of remote-enabled function modules, that the various applications may have published...

So instead of someone with "technical knowhow", you will need someone with "application knowhow" in that "QA11 area". They would know, what kind of interfaces for this application level functionality have been published and whether an RFC-interface is among them.

Best Regards, Ulrich
