How to include a Custom Adobe form in the SAP Process ? Travel Management ( FI-TV )

Hi Experts ,

My Question is to both functional and Technical . I'm working as Techno functional in HCM Travel Management.

While Creating a TRIP Request a Standard Adobe form getting Triggered "FITP_REQUEST_FORM" . But Client does not need the Standard form . He needs a Custom Form with his Organization logo and some changes in the Standard Form .

Here My Question is how to replace the standard form with the Custom form in the Process while the employee sending a Travel Trip for approval.

In simple ,after employee created aTrip the form should Z_Travel_Request_Form.?

is it be done in configaration in SPRO ? or any BAdi to be implemented ?

in ESSMSS side I configured Feature TRVFR ,TRVFP,TRVFE with custom forms.

Hi,

In case you want to create a custom PDF form e.g. in order to add company logo to the form it's recommended to copy SAP standard form - in your case FITP_REQUEST_FORM - in SAP form builder - transaction SFP - and assign it to your users via feature TRVFR.
