How to deselect flag:"Objects Settled with Actual Results Analysis"(TKKAP-ABROBI)?

Hello Expert,

I have a unique problem of in RA version 0, where I see this check box is activated. I don't want it to active.

1. Please let me know the process or menu path to do it.

2. Can you also provide some knowledge or documentation on this, specially what is the impact of this field?

Hi Shamik,

Interesting question.
I think that TKKAP-ABROBI is set by the system once you first actual RA settlement for a particular version.
This field is used later on by the system to check if particular RA version can be deleted or not (if you have settled RA version it can't be deleted anymore).

Hi Szymon,

I am partially agreeing with your views. But another question arises from this is:

Q. I have two more RA versions Z0 and Y0 related to different GAAP of two different countries. Why I can't see that field checked in TKKAP for this two version? (Note: I perform RA and Settlement in two versions as well, means versions are relevant for settlement)

Are both versions relevant for transfer to FI (field RFLG3-V_KKAP) in RA version maintenance txn. OKG2?

I have figured it out that version which is relevant for settlement, system only store data for of RA for settlement. The other two versions are not relevant for settlement, that's why they are not flagged in TKKAP-ABROBI but both are marked for FI posting.

Goto SE11 put table name TKKAP  you will find this field..may be initialised

Take the help of ABAP to deactivate
