How to check if SOs are assigned to Project Stages?

Hello,

our customer is using SAP B1 ver10.

They frequently use the Project Management app and document assignment functionality.

Their users are aware that they always have to assign a customer project to the Sales Order. If they open the Project Management app and navigate to their project, the "Document Assignment" screen will pop up and ask for assignment of documents to one of the stages of the project (see screenshot).

My question is: Is there any way to identify those Sales Orders which have not yet been assigned to a project stage? My customer would like to make sure that there is no document missing which should have been attached. A simple DB query would absolutely be sufficient.

Hi,

You can check the PMG4 and PHA4 table and then see if that can be joined with the SO table to find which ones are assigned and which ones are missing.
