Hi,

I have a query regarding the Further Inspection node in tcode QE51N. While the "Further Inspection" node appears for Inspection Lots created via Maintenance Order but the same is not appearing when Inspection lot is generated via MIGO upon Good Receipts. It is required as sometime a meterial is recived with say Quantity 100, and we want to records its Measuting Points.

How to make the Further Inspection Node visible for Inspection Lots created via MIGO upon GR.

Regards

Faisal

They all should result in additional nodes. But some of those need configuration done for them in SPRO.

200 uses physical samples and you would also need to maintain a sample drawing procedure in the inspection plan.

Thanks Sara,

I opened the Plan in tcode QP02 for my particular material and checked its Header details. I also went over the link that you sent. Presently the Inspection Point field is left blank. It has the following 07 standard list item (after pressing F4 on filed):

  1. 100 Freely-defined inspection point
  2. 110 Inspection point based on event
  3. 120 Inspection point based on work shift
  4. 130 Inspection point based on container
  5. 150 Generated insp. point, quantity or time
  6. 160 Insp. point default (sample func module)
  7. 200 Inspection point for phys. sample

Additionally 05 Zcodes are there also which must have been created when SAP was being implmented at our site by the consultants (of which i was not the part). I wonder which of above 7 to select in order to get the "Further Inspection" node in QE51N

Your help will be highly appreciated

Hi Faisal,

You will need to include an Inspection Point code in the Inspection Plan Header (QP01). You can check out this blog for all the details.
