i have implemented note -2349449 :Form 12BB : New Form to Furnish Evidence of Claims, however when i am executing PC_M40_F16 and selecting new radio button form12bb with output format customer layout ... their is field where i have to give input as form 12bb name .
what is form 12bb name here???
