We are using a Custom program to update the document version from BOM Document in to the Material Document by using a common linkage document.
What we have observed is that this FM: BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA is not updating the field ZEIVR (Document version) in MARA table if that field is checked as lock relevant in SPRO. When the lock relevant field is removed then only it is able to update the material master.
Is there any way to update the materail master irrespective of the fields being lock relevant or not?
