Hi,
Our client works with 3 sets of books . We have made a migration for the fixed assets - just for the dollar currency (in one set of books).
we used the option : Migrate accounting transaction data using the migration tool - the migration was ok.
But, we have also to make a migration for the same fixed assets in 2 other set of books.
when we try to make it we received an error message that the individual material is already exist in the system.
Is there a way to update the fix assets other set of books in mass run/ migration?
Manually is not a good option because there is thousands of assets...
Thanks,
Alex
Hello Alex,
Currently it is not possible to make changes via migration for other SOB's as all migration should be done for all SOBs at the same time, otherwise you may have these issues as IMAT is already exists. You can cancel the migration or redo for all SOB's as the manual update is not a good option and there's no other way for you to get the data updated, so you can decide if it's worth to migrate the data again.
Best Regards,
Annapurna
