FI Line iteam appearing in FBL3N after Archiving.

Hi Experts,

We have performed archiving activites for FI documents. the object used for archiving FI line item is "FI_DOCUMNT".

Archiving activity has been sucessfully completed however we are still able to view the line items in FBL3N, though they are archived.

Could you please provide your expert comments on above issue.

Hi,

While running the T Code FBL3N, select the "Data Sources" button as highlighted in red in the screenshot below:

Make sure that the "Archive" option as highlighted in red below is unchecked.
