Error por nodo Subsidio Causado

Buen dia

cuando tengo ajustes de subsidio al final del mes, mi CFDI de nomina se emite del siguiente modo

el validador de errores del SAT me arroja el siguiente error

El nodo SubsidioAlEmpleo debe existir, ya que el valor de Nomina.OtrosPagos.OtroPago.TipoOtroPago es "002".

Como se muestra, el CFDI no incluye el TipoOtroPago "002"

Mi pregunta es ¿el error se debe a que existe el nodo de SubsidioAlEmpleo cuando no existe el TpoOtroPago="002"?
