Error KP280 When running KSII

In S4/HANA, when I'm running the transaction code KSII, the system raise error KP280:

Cost element 6602020101 is not assigned to a cost component structure

Message no. KP280

Diagnosis

You are running activity price calculation in a version in which primary cost components are determined with layout Z2.

However, layout Z2 is missing cost element 6602020101. The cost components are therefore incomplete.

Procedure

Assign cost element 6602020101 to a cost component in the layout.

I check out the configuration of OKES and OKTZ, which are correct. Does anyone meet the same problem before and what's the solution?
